Where Our Books Are Sold
All books authored by Milton Collier — including World of Freight Brokering, Freight Brokering 101, Genius Guide To Freight Broker License, Journey To Amazon Partner, and Your Thinking Is Wrong — are sold, shipped, and fulfilled exclusively through Amazon.com. We do not process direct sales or payments on miltoncollier.com.
How Returns Work
Because your purchase is completed on Amazon, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled directly by Amazon under their official return policy. Most physical books are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Kindle eBooks may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not read a significant portion of the book.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong title, contact Amazon Customer Service directly through your order page. Amazon will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
