Collier made history as one of Amazon’s first-ever branded Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)—an honor reserved for only the top 20 applicants selected from millions worldwide. His selection not only marked a major milestone in his own career but also positioned him at the forefront of a groundbreaking shift in last-mile logistics.

Since that historic moment, Mr. Collier has been instrumental in shaping the DSP program from the ground up. He has served as a key contributor to national recruiting events, led training sessions for new DSPs at Amazon’s headquarters in Seattle, and participated in multiple public relations campaigns with Amazon Logistics, showcasing his expertise and leadership in the industry.

As a pioneer in the logistics space and one of the earliest members of Amazon’s DSP Community Advisory Group, Mr. Collier became a trusted voice and a powerful example for fellow partners and new DSPs entering the program.
